These steps will allow you to access your old Outlook
e-mail once
you have setup your Outlook for Exchange.
- Select the File and click Data
File Management...

- Click Add to select your old Outlook.pst
file.

- If you are using Outlook 2003 or better pick the first
option, Office Outlook Personal Folder File if it is an
older version, select the second option.

- You should be in the default Outlook Folder. Now, select the Outlook.pst
file. If you have moved this file at any time
you may need to browse to it.

- A dialog will come up with settings for your old pst
file. Change the name to Vandalmail. Click OK to continue.

- You should see the Vandalmail file listed now.
Click on Close to get back to Outlook.

- In your Folder list you should now see a new section for
Vandalmail, which will have all of your old e-mails.

- You can drag folders from your new Personal Folders list
up to your new Exchange account at the top of the list.
To get messages from your old Inbox, Sent Items, Drafts or
Tasks to your new one,
click on the old folder, and then go to Edit->Select All.
This will highlight all the messages.

- Go back to Edit->Copy, and then click on your new folder.

- Finally, go to Edit->Paste to move them.

- You should now have all of your old e-mail to its new Exchange
folder.
 - Once you have moved all of your data you can go back to File-> Data
File Management and delete the Vandalmail one from the
list.
