You can now access your
user directory and shared space via SFTP! SFTP is a
secure version of the deprecated FTP protocol. To access files
via SFTP you will need an SFTP client like WinSCP (available
here for
Windows only). Please download and install WinSCP
first. Then, continue to the
instructions page.
To access your User Directory and Shared Space with Apple OS X,
you can use SMB.
AFP--Apple's default file sharing protocol--is not supported on
our servers. Nevertheless, you will be able to successfully
connect to your data via SMB. Please continue to the instructions
