| There are two
ways that you can change your password(s). You can either visit
e-Support or visit the ITS Helpdesk. Changing your
password(s) via e-Support
- Go to
http://support.uidaho.edu and log into the 'Account
Manager' window.
- Enter your username and your password.
- Click on Change Passwords. A screen similar to
figure 1 should appear.

- Check all of the accounts that you would like to change
the password on.
- Enter your new password in the Enter and Confirm
textboxes or click on "Use a random NEW password selected by
computer" to use the password displayed.
- Click on Change Passwords for Selected Accounts.
- A new screen should appear indicating whether your
password changes were successful.
Note: If you see an error take note of what account gave you
the error. You should then hit back and check only the account
with the error. You may then enter your new password, and click
on Change All Selected Passwords. If this does not fix the
problem contact the ITS helpdesk.
Visiting the Helpdesk
You can also change your password by going to the ITS Helpdesk
in TLC 128. Make sure to bring some form of picture
identification. |
