  How do I Change my Email Client Password?  
This list details changing passwords in Mail.app, Outlook 2007 & Thunderbird.

Mail.app

1.  Open Mail

2. Go to the Mail menu and then Preferences...

3.  In the Password box enter your new password

Preferences window, accounts tab

Outlook 2007

1.  Open Outlook 2007

2. Under the Tools menu bar item select Account Settings...

        Tools menu, account settings option

2. Highlight your account and then select Change.  You may now enter your new password in the next window.

select view or change existing e-mail account and then click next

3. Then select Next and Finish.

Thunderbird

1. Open Thunderbird.

2. Select the Tools menu bar item and then select Options...

        Tools menu, options

2.  Under Privacy select the Passwords tab.  In this tab select Edit Saved Passwords

        Click the View saved passwords button

3.  Select your account and then click Remove. You will need to restart Thunderbird, at which time you will be prompted for your new password.

        Select the imap.uidaho.edu account and click on show passwords
