| Some users have noticed that they get a security warning when
they access Vandalmail Live via a Macintosh client such as
Macmail or Entourage. If you are using Panther, please
contact the ITS Help Desk for help. If you are getting one of
the following warnings:

You will need to download the Microsoft Certificate for
Vandalmail Live.
Right click on the two links below and select Save Link As to start the download:
http://www.microsoft.com/pki/mscorp/mswww(3).crt
http://www.microsoft.com/pki/mscorp/Microsoft%20Secure%20Server%20Authority(3).crt
Save each file to your desktop. Please note that the order
of instructions below is important.
Double-click on the first certificate named mswww(3).crt.
Select the 'X509Anchors' for the Keychain as shown below:
Double-click the second certificate named Microsoft
Secure Server Authority(3).crt and likewise select
'X509Anchors':
The next time you start your email client, you should not be
prompted about the certificate warning. |
