Orientation Schedule:
For scheduling flexibility, the orientation sessions have been spread across the following days. All sessions are being held in the Idaho Commons Whitewater room unless otherwise noted.

October 19th, 2:00pm - 3:00pm
October 20th, 8:00am - 9:00am
October 21st, 10:00am - 11:00am
October 22nd, 12:00pm - 1:00pm
October 23rd, 9:00am - 10:00am (ED 103, video conference only)*
October 23rd, 1:00pm - 2:00pm
October 28rd, 9:00am - 10:00am (ED 103, video conference only)*
November 2nd, 9:00am - 10:00am
November 5th, 2:00pm - 3:00pm
November 10th, 8:00am - 9:00am
November 12th, 1:00pm - 2:00pm

*For off-campus employees:  Due to issues with the webinar software we will not be providing live webinars.  We have scheduled a video conference on Friday, October 23rd for Boise (Rm. 162), Coeur d'Alene (Rm. 128), and Idaho Falls (TAB350A) at 9:00am (PST).  A second video conference is available for Wednesday, October 28rd for Boise (Rm. 248), Coeur d'Alene (Rm. 128), Twin Falls (Conference Room) and Idaho Falls (TAB350A) at 9:00am (PST).

When will the portal be available for employees?
The myUIdaho portal will be accessible by employees (both staff and faculty) on November 16th, 2009.  Initially only employee information channels will be provided.

When will other groups be able to access the portal?
Students are scheduled to gain access to the portal during Summer 2010.  Other groups (prospective students and alumni) will be added at a later date.

Will I still be able to access VandalWeb and other campus systems through their traditional websites?
Yes.  This rollout will be conducted in a way to minimize the impact to your daily work processes.  This may change over time based on campus needs but we will give advanced notice.
